Client Managed :
This is a fixed price / time & material or outcome based model that can be executed either from our location or customer location or can be co-located. The delivery responsibility and project management responsibility will be with the customer in this model to enable the control and visibility of the engagement to the customer.
ENFLUENCE Managed :
This is a fixed price / time & material or outcome based model that can be executed from our state of the art development facility. The delivery responsibility and project management responsibility will be with the ENFLUENCE in this model. This model best suggested when the scope of the work is pre-determined where the scope creep is minimum to leverage the cost and speed of delivery aspects.
Hybrid :
This is a fixed price / time & material , outcome based model or Cost Plus model that can be executed from either customer location or our state of the art development facility. The delivery and project management responsibility will be co-owned in this model with clearly defined roles and milestones. This model works well when the engagement is consultative in nature and would require both the parties to work in tandem.
