The customer is one of the IT consulting company engaged in US IT staffing operations with 400+ consultants on their rolls with offices in India and US. The company had no automation to manage their operations spanning multiple time zones. They had huge customer base where consultants are deployed. Also there was no comprehensive invoice / billing process/ tool there by increasing the risk of revenue leakages and delayed collections.
The customer is one of the young startup company , providing experiential based learning services in India and Middle East. With over 400+ Schools and 9000+ students under them to deliver the services spread across multiple locations. Given the nature of the activity and scale involved they were finding it extremely difficult to manually manage the supply chain and delivery synchronization which was impacting their business.
