Candidates are offered for permanent / one time placement as per the requirements of the partner organization. This model can be used when the organization is looking at inducting talent for the core skills and knowledge retention is a key requirement. In this model a onetime service fee is charged with a guarantee of fee return if the candidates who join leave the organization in less than x days / months from the time of joining the organization.
